Healthwatch Essex is an independent voice for the people of Essex which gathers your views about health and care services, in order to help improve them. They capture the voice and lived experience of the people of Essex through engagement and research activities and make recommendations to service providers and commissioners.
Review a Service
You can help to improve local services by leaving a review on the Healthwatch Essex Feedback Centre ‘Review a Service’. You can share your experiences of hospitals, hospices, GP practices, dentists, pharmacies, care homes and home care as well as community, mental health and voluntary services by visiting: www.healthwatchessex.org.uk/services.

Healthwatch Essex also provides an Information Service to help people access, understand, and navigate the health and social care system. The service is independent and answers questions from members of the public and professionals about a range of topics including GP registration, accessing social care, service quality and standards, finding local services, and sharing feedback or making a complaint.
