The centre keeps a register of people in the district who would like to become involved in voluntary work and matches potential volunteers to any vacancy that a volunteer group has registered with us.  

The centre offers training, support, guidance and information to people involved with volunteers.  

All volunteer vacancies are promoted through the Volunteers Database, the local media, libraries, job centres and other relevant arenas.
